Much has happened in the past couple months since I have written anything. The escapades of the BP oil spill and their attempts to make things right; The passing of Yankees owner, George Steinbrenner; the bidding of cities for NBA superstar Le-Bron James and his landing in Miami; continued rebuilding of Haiti in the aftermath of the earthquakes devastation of the country. On an even more personal note, our daughter Sarah got married to Will Furr in Denver; we traveled to Seattle to get John to college and got to fish for steelhead while there; we visited long time friends Rod and Sandy Akins and ministry partners at Church of the Woods in Lake Arrowhead, CA; stopped to see dear friends in Phoenix; after a few car repairs and a lot of miles, we find ourselves in Edgewood New Mexico outside of Albuquerque where we will be having opportunities to share about what God is doing in Mexico.
