I am learning that my life is a story more epic than I ever thought. As with any story, it has a plot, characters who have influenced me, traumas and victories, hopes and disappointments. Each of these is shaping me into who I am today. Our stories may be larger and connected to a Great God who is more kind and compassionate than we ever imagined. I am growing to hold my story with that same compassion and kindness.  My nickname is Seawolf. Even that has a story and identity. I am grateful to work in global leadership development, coaching, and learning with many wonderful leaders. I lived internationally for many years and have been privileged to travel to 40 countries and listen to others' stories. I am a musician, a writer, a triathlete, a Green Bay Packers fan, and a learner. I am married to my best friend of 40 decades; together, we have raised four wonderful adult children.
