I want to thank you all for another year of learning together. This has been a year of new seasons for me. Terry and I have officially become part of the global leadership development team for our organization after almost 20 years in Mexico and Latin America. This has brought travel to new places like the UK, Africa and Central Asia.
It has been a season for learning about new cultures as we have coached leaders on every continent. It is a global conversation that involves learning together.
It has been a new season of coaching, not being the expert but helping people solve their own problems. I am not the go-to man or the fix-it person. I am still humbly learning and growing.
In family, it has been a season of loss of both my parents in the past 13 months. This has brought many tears as well as laughter with my wife, kids and my siblings. I am still figuring out the season of being the next generation, the oldest generation and patriarch.
Thanks for accompanying me through these seasons of learning to live well, love deeply and lead courageously. Here are the top posts for 2013 by category on Leader Impact, in case you missed any or wish to re-read some.
